Day 8 - Working on Useful Skills

Day 8 – Dribble Pull-Ups

Bill Walton was once asked who do you go to when the game is on the line. He just smiled and said, “whoever is hot at the time.”  MJ hit quite a few!

I love this game.  Something comes over me the minute I step in the gym.  Learn to love the game!
The Drill:
Use three spots on the floor. Top of the key, left and right wings. This is a simple drill which can help you improve your mid-range game. Start in the attack position. Push the ball out in front of you staying low to the ground. Use the one dribble pull-up and then the two dribble pull-up. Be sure to explode off the floor. Rise straight up and come straight down. You can take a few steps back from your original spot to increase the distance on the pull-up jumper.
Good Shooting!
